Double Chocolate Chili Brownies

 

After the short break, we’re back with more recipes to make you drool! Here’s something that’s sugar, spice and everything nice — Double Chocolate Chili Brownies. It’s time to spice things up in the kitchen!

RECIPE

A portion for 8pax
Preparation time : 1 hour


INGREDIENTS:

200g Unsalted Butter
200g Dark Chocolate
125g Plain Flour
50g Cocoa Powder
3 Eggs
275g Sugar
2tbsp Chili Flakes
2tsp Chili Powder
¼tsp Salt

GARNISHING

200g White Chocolate
As needed Chili Flakes

METHOD:

1. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth (double boil).
2. Set aside to cool.
3. Beat eggs and sugar until pale & fluffly.
4. Add chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
5. Sieve in flour, cocoa powder, salt & chili powder.
6. Fold in chili flakes.
7. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes.
8. Melt white chocolate.
9. Pour over brownies. Sprinkle chili flakes.
10. Set aside to cool.
11. Cut & Serve.
